However, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or modify your booking. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel a booking, you can do so by contacting our customer support team at least 3 days before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations made more than 3 days before the pickup time will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the pickup time will not be eligible for a refund, and the refund amount, if any, will be at the discretion of TTS Cabs Pvt Ltd.

1.2. Last-Minute Bookings:

  • For bookings made within 24 hours of the pickup time, cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • The cancellation fee will be a percentage of the booking amount and will vary based on the proximity of the cancellation to the pickup time. Please contact our customer support for more information on the applicable cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same method that was used for the original payment.
  • Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and banking institution.

2.2. Partial Refunds:

  • In cases where a booking is partially utilized, a refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the booking amount.

2.3. No-Show or Late Arrival:

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled pickup without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

  • If you need to modify your booking, such as changing the pickup/drop-off location, date, or time, please contact our customer support team at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on the changes requested.

4. Force Majeure:

  • TTS Cabs Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes in service resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
